Eye Care Tips :
Splashing cold water on your face and eyes re-hydrates and refreshes the eyes.
A balanced diet rich in vitamin such as, papaya, egg, fish, milk and lots of green leafy vegetables is good not only for our eyes but also for our whole body.
Drink lots of water.
Dark circles under eyes can respond to slices of cucumber or potato. You can also use cotton swabs soaked in cool water.
Make it a practice to relax the eye muscles by closing it at fixed intervals daily. Cose it and think something pleasant.
Puffy could be a sign of stress and lack of sleep. Take short nap.
Visit an eye specialist at regular intervals for having a thorough eye check up.
